Under One Sky are looking to hire two new roles!

Under One Sky are launching something truly special and looking to hire an Engagement Manager and Programme Manager to help deliver Lighthouse.

Lighthouse creates the conditions for people who have experienced homelessness to move beyond survival and begin rebuilding their lives. 

Support is sustained through up to two years of accompaniment, providing consistent, relational care as individuals navigate change. The programme begins with a 12-week journey where small cohorts come together in a supportive space – building confidence, restoring relationships and reconnecting with a sense of direction and possibility.
