It wasn’t about titles or roles - it was about narrowing down the attributes that truly define you as a leader, and understanding the ripple affects you have on the people around you.
 
Through a thoughtful, interactive session led by the insightful Lara Cullen we explored:

• Core personal values
• How we’re truly experienced by others
• And what our stakeholders and colleagues most need from us

It sparked some honest reflection - about where we show up with confidence, where we hold back, and what it means to lead in a way that feels genuine.
