Who’s this programme for?

The Future Female Leaders Programme enables organisations to fast-track identified talent through a supportive 8-month programme. Ideally suited to women approaching senior executive-level roles.

Aimed at newly appointed or aspiring leaders within a creative business. Typically (but not exclusively) Senior Executives, MD’s of SME’s and HRD’s interested in creating a transformational breakthrough in their leadership.

This unique programme combines five specialist in-depth workshop events alongside a dedicated qualified coach to support you 1-to-1 throughout the process.
