1st Line Support Engineer

I am looking for a 1st line support engineer to join my client at their office in Gatwick.

As a 1st line support engineer you will provide continued customer support to improve technology performance for all of the Helpdesk activities across the Group, with a focus on enhancing delivery in the US office. You will support client requests as per Service Levels across all of the areas of the group.

You will need the following skills:

  • Microsoft Windows 10
  • Microsoft InTune
  • Microsoft Teams (including Teams Calling)
  • Microsoft Windows Server
  • Microsoft SharePoint
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Microsft O365 applications inc Dynamics 365
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Active Directory and/or Azure Active Directory
  • Print Management
  • Basic networking
  • Mobile Technologies (iOS and Android)
