Account Director - F1 Hospitality

A fantastic opportunity to join an award winning team within London for an events and hospitality specialist has become available. This role is responsible for shaping the strategy to innovate the Formula 1 global hospitality and event experience.

The ideal candidate will be organised, outgoing, a natural leader with bags of enthusiasm and some exposure to F1 would be necessary, along with hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Close work with the account team to shape and innovate the experience, as well as oversee and manage hospitality team members in the creation of the guest experience programme - right from planning to execution.
  • Leveraging supplier relationships, conducting research, coordinating and making bookings for accommodation and travel.
  • Track and utilise contractual F1 hospitality assets and ticket allocations.
  • International travel to deliver in market guest programmes, as well as hosting and managing senior level guest logistics.

You Will Have:

  • Strong F1 hospitality experience, with at least 1 season travelling to races.
  • Extensive experience in managing complex, international guest programmes on behalf of global partners in sport.
  • Ability to manage intricate operations both from office and on the field.
  • Previous leadership and management experience, the ability to do more than just manage but lead and inspire team members.
  • A calm, organised and solutions focused approach.
