This role is West London based, they are looking for a candidate who is able to come into the office on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for all requests/offers
- Organising and arranging travel, itineraries, schedules, etc.
- Managing Agent's diary
- Maintaining contact's database
- Script reading and writing breakdowns
- Preparing Agent's expenses
- Client casting
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Agent's Assistant
- Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
- Presentable as dealing with high profile clients
- Ability to work efficiently and under pressure
- Interest in theatre and film industry
