Artist and Special Projects Manager - Film Music

This role offers a rare chance to lead and shape the careers of talented artists within the dynamic world of film music, all within a supportive and forward-thinking team. As Artist and Special Projects Manager, you'll have a real impact on how artists develop and how the organisation explores new opportunities across the industry, working closely with high-profile professionals and global talent.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and execute strategic career plans for a roster of 6-8 film music artists, ensuring their artistic vision aligns with commercial goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, promoters, and industry partners to secure high-quality projects.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, financial arrangements, and administrative processes to ensure smooth artist engagements.
  • Lead on digital marketing initiatives, creating innovative campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Identify and develop new project opportunities, collaborations, and signings that align with the organisation's growth strategy.

To be successful, you will need:

  • Proven experience managing artists in a career development, sales, or marketing role within the music or entertainment industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • A solid understanding of the film music sector and a genuine passion for contemporary music.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills paired with high attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
