Exciting and immediately available new role for an accomplished audience developer to manage a high-priority artist roster for a dynamic and innovative record label.

Running from mid-March to end-August we are looking for an experienced Audience Development Manager to join the team and cover for circa 5 months of planned leave. Reporting to senior leadership you'll build, lead and deliver innovative and comprehensive digital campaigns and strategy for a wide-array of artists supporting them to develop their positioning, content pillars, tone of voice and connection to fan-bases online through social channels, short-form video platforms, eCRM & community platforms.

Working closely with marketing, international teams, artists, and partners, you'll blend creative thinking with data-driven insight to deliver standout campaigns, uncover audience opportunities, and drive measurable growth across social, short-form video, eCRM, and community platforms.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have senior-level digital or audience development experience, ideally in music or a creative industry

  • Are passionate about fan culture, content, and emerging digital platforms

  • Can translate audience data into clear strategy and impactful campaigns

  • Are highly organised, collaborative, and confident working across multiple stakeholders

Please note to be considered for this role you will need relevant and recent experience, be available to commence a contract by mid-March and be comfortable to work in office Mon to Thursday each week with Fridays working from home.
