Handle are excited to be working with an iconic sports client on a newly created Benefits Coordinator role. This is a fantastic role for somebody with solid administration skills and some benefits exposure to specialise as a Benefits Professional.
To start, this role will be all about attention to detail - immersing yourself in the benefits packages offered and making sure all employees and systems are up-to-date. You will be the first point of contact for all benefits queries, including pension, private medical insurance, discounts and perks to name a few.
As you become more confident, you will begin to focus on promoting benefits, championing the benefits message and making sure employees know and utilise all that is offered. This is the creative, engaging part of the role that you get to own! Go on site, create workshops, attend benefits roadshows - whatever you believe will drive a real impact!
Once you become knowledgeable and ingrained in all things benefits for this team, you will support the continuous improvement of the reward system and company benefits portal, lead on benefits data analysis, provide recommendations and support the implementation of new benefits.
This is a role with endless potential reporting into a fabulous People Operations and Systems Manager who is willing to help and train on this where needed. In return, you need to be a hands on and willing to learn with a personable and approachable attitude. Collaboration is at the heart of this role so you need to be able to engage with all levels across the business.
