An iconic not-for-profit organisation is on the lookout for a confident HR professional to join the team on an 18-month contract, ideally starting ASAP. You'll be stepping into a busy, exciting period of transformation, supporting a range of HR projects - kicking off with a major Pay & Reward overhaul.

Reporting into a HRBP, you'll become a key player in keeping projects moving. You'll work closely with the wider HR leadership team, taking the lead on coordination, tracking progress, and making sure everyone stays aligned. If you're an Excel whizz with a sharp eye for detail and some hands-on project delivery experience, you'll feel right at home here. You'll need to be confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels, proactive in spotting risks, and comfortable nudging things forward when needed.

They are based in Outer South West London, with 2 days in the office with some fantastic benefits.
