A theatre organisation is looking for a HR Advisor to join their team as soon as possible. This is a multi-site role, supporting a variety of theatres across the West End.
This role sits right at the heart of the organisation, supporting the full employee lifecycle from all administration to recruitment. This also includes support with employee relations - you'll be someone people feel comfortable coming to early, whether it's a tricky conversation, a sounding board moment, or guidance through change.
You'll enjoy the day-to-day of HR, but you'll also be curious about how things work behind the scenes. You'll have an eye for operations and a genuine interest in how data, systems and processes can be streamlined to make everyone's lives easier. The ideal candidate will carve out the time to improve workflows, clean up reporting, and ultimately influence change throughout the business.
The ideal candidate will be personable with a high EQ and the ability to adapt your partnering style to front of house, technicians and corporate teams alike. You'll understand the pressures of a fast-moving, customer-facing environment and be comfortable working at pace. A genuine interest in the theatre or wider creative sector would be advantageous!
If you're passionate about people, curious about operations, and excited by the idea of supporting a theatre company to do its best work, we'd love to hear from you.
