An iconic retail brand are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team as soon as possible. This is a multi-site role, supporting a diverse portfolio of stores alongside central teams.
This role sits right at the heart of the business, supporting the full employee lifecycle from day-to-day HR administration through to recruitment and onboarding. You'll also play a key role in employee relations: being someone people trust and come to early, whether that's for a tricky conversation, a moment of reassurance, or guidance through periods of change.
You'll enjoy the practical, hands-on nature of HR, but you'll also be curious about how things work behind the scenes. You'll have an eye for operations and a genuine interest in how systems, data and processes can be improved to make life easier for store teams and managers. The ideal candidate will carve out time to refine workflows, improve reporting, and influence positive change across the business.
You'll be personable, with high emotional intelligence, and able to adapt your partnering style to store managers, frontline teams and head office colleagues alike. You'll understand the realities of a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment and feel comfortable working at pace, often across multiple priorities. Experience in retail would be highly advantageous.
