We are looking for a New Business Sales Manager to work for a digital first, viral-lead, audience-focused production company.
Their team lives and breathes the world of social media and understands exactly how to create those magical viral moments that propel brands and faces into the masses. Their in-house production team of producers, editors, VFX specialists and many more are all based in their fully equipped studio in North London.
They have grown their clients socials to over 13 MILLION followers and their content has been viewed over 9 BILLION times in the process.
As the New Business Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and establishing valuable partnerships with industry-leading brands. Your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and contributing to their ongoing success and expansion. Salary: £60,000-£75,000 + commission DOE

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Cultivate Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long- term partnerships with both new and existing
Identify New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek out new leads, opportunities, and partnerships that align with their growth strategy.
Drive Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets, playing a crucial role in their financial success
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with their creative and production teams to ensure seamless delivery of client
Provide Market Insights: Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for them to stay ahead of competitors
Report on Sales Performance: Regularly track and report on sales performance and market activity, ensuring targets are met.
Essential Role Requirements:
Proven Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in a sales or business development role, ideally within the media or production industry
Industry Knowledge: A strong background in media, production, or a related field, with experience working with well-known brands.
Client Relationship Management: Experience building and maintaining relationships with high-profile
Business Development Mindset: A strong ability to identify new business opportunities and translate them into sales growth
Flexible and Adaptive: Comfortable working in a busy environment, adapting to changes quickly and efficiently.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to engage, persuade, and negotiate with clients at all levels
