They've undergone rapid expansion, with a team of over 20 individuals and offices in major global hubs. They're seeking a Content & Social Media Manager who would successfully launch their subscription-based offering designed for content creators within the creator economy.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Lead our comprehensive social media and content strategy.
  • Establish an in-house content production hub, responsible for generating or commissioning all content, encompassing social media, newsletters, website materials, and nurturing campaigns.
  • Craft all marketing resources, including advertisements and promotional assets.
  • Convey our narrative across all channels through inventive copywriting and content creation.
  • Develop and nurture our worldwide community, inspiring values and creativity at the forefront.
  • Foster engagement with our community of users, including beta testers and early adopters, and solicit regular feedback.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Hands-on creative marketing experience.
  • Possess a proven track record in creative marketing, storytelling, and social media, ideally within the music or media industry.
  • Your resourcefulness knows no bounds, and you are proficient in various production techniques, capable of producing graphic, video, and interviews independently.
  • A collaborative team player, driven by a positive outlook.
  • Have a deep-seated love for creative, finely-crafted marketing that makes a meaningful impact.
