We're looking for a versatile, ideas-driven Creative with a strong agency background to join a dynamic independent content agency. Experience across branded content is essential.
You'll help bring concepts to life across social, campaigns, sizzles, trailers, and more, working closely with senior creatives and production teams. From writing sharp copy to collaborating with filmmakers, editors, and animators, you'll be hands-on throughout the process, with plenty of room to grow your voice and sharpen commercial instincts.
A key part of the role will involve creating pitches and client decks, so experience in this area is highly valued.
Please note - this role is predominantly office based in Central London
Responsibilities
Develop ideas for pitches and briefs aligned with client goals
Write copy for decks, campaigns, treatments, and award entries
Create polished client-facing decks with clear storytelling
Collaborate with filmmakers, editors, and animators to execute concepts
Attend shoots to support creative vision
Review scripts, edits, and decks with a strong creative eye
Support talent/influencer sourcing for briefs
Assist with post-production on projects
Stay on top of trends, audience behaviours, and fresh creative styles
Build strong client and team relationships
Contribute to award submissions
Requirements
3+ years in a creative role, ideally in an agency or production setting
Experience with social content and wider creative campaigns
Strong storytelling instincts and brand-focused thinking
Adaptable across platforms, audiences, and formats
Clear, confident written communication
Comfortable creating and presenting decks
Collaborative with strong people skills
Basic editing/animation skills or understanding of post-production
Passion for standout, attention-grabbing content
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
