We are working with a leading global broadcast and media company to find an experienced Creative Operations Project Manager to join a dynamic, multi-territory marketing and creative team for an initial 6 month contract.
This is a hands-on management role, ideal for a confident, organised professional who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments. You will lead planning and delivery of regional marketing and creative projects, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest brand standards.
You will act as a key liaison between Creative, Operations, Marketing, and external partners, bringing structure to complex workflows while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines are essential.
Please note this is an initial 6 month contract with an asap start. It will be mostly office based so candidates must be able to work in central London
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
Own end-to-end project delivery from briefing through final output, including timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones.
Manage and prioritise multiple projects concurrently, ensuring accountability across teams.
Serve as escalation point for delivery risks and proactively resolve issues.
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
Manage day-to-day engagement with creative teams, approvers, and regional stakeholders.
Lead and manage the creative approval process, ensuring clarity and timeliness.
Challenge assumptions on scope, timing, or delivery to maintain quality and budgets.
Budget & Resource Management
Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and variance management.
Work with team leads to allocate internal and external resources efficiently.
Flag budget risks early and implement corrective actions as needed.
Planning, Reporting & Workflow Optimisation
Present project plans, timelines, and status updates to stakeholders and senior partners.
Maintain clear documentation and reporting on delivery status, risks, and budgets.
Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, operational efficiency, and ways of working.
Brand & Quality Assurance
Ensure all creative output meets brand standards and governance requirements.
Oversee quality control across assets, approvals, and final delivery.
Experience & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project, Production, or Operations Manager in a multi-territory production environment.
Strong understanding of end-to-end creative and operational production processes.
Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with accountability for timelines, budgets, and stakeholders.
Budget management experience, including forecasting and spend control.
Experience managing and leading teams, setting priorities, and supporting performance.
Familiarity with post-production, traffic/asset management, and channel management systems.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Experience with DAMs, Adobe Suite, or equivalent tools is a plus.
Proactive, solutions-focused, and capable of independent decision-making in fast-paced environments.
