Our client, a Luxury Beauty specialist require two experienced Skincare/Beauty Customer Care Executives based in their London head office 3 days a week and 2 days remote.
Both customer care executive positions are a 6 month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Corresponding with consumers via phone, email and live chat
Ensure products and treatments prescribed are appropriate to clients' needs
Create an excellent experience for customers, maintaining exceptional communication and relationship building
Ensuring to hit individual performance KPIs
Provide information for all enquiries including orders, delivery and stock availability
Offer advice and provide product information
Liaise with third party logistic providers to ensure a safe and fast delivery of parcels
Daily report tracking consumer engagement.
Key Requirements:
Previous sales experience and knowledge in Beauty, Skincare or Haircare
Excellent communicator, verbal and written
Ability to work within a fast paced environment
Experienced using Shopify, Zendesk or Oracle
Brilliant customer service skills
