Customer Support Executive (Luxury Skincare/Beauty)
We're working on a new role for a Customer Support Executive to join this Luxury Skincare & Beauty brand on the lead-based in Central London (hybrid working). On a 3-6 month FTC basis paying £25,000 pro rata equivalent. Full-time (37.5 hrs/week) and must be available between 9 am-7 pm (7.5 hrs/day) depending on business needs.
You will need to have excellent communication skills and exceptional customer-facing skills, and you must care about quality!
Main Responsibilities:
Act as the voice of the brands, connecting our Supply Chain and Commercial teams with the Customer
Focus on improving service levels
Process orders, forms, applications and requests
Organise work-flow to meet customer timeframes
We are looking for someone with:
Experience in customer service, ideally within skincare & beauty
Passionate about skincare & beauty
Able to manage multiple tasks seamlessly and accurately
Can-do attitude, flexibility and creativity, ability to work under pressure to tight timeframes
Used to working in a fast-moving organisation
A deep, continuously demonstrated commitment to delivering and maintaining high standards
Experience working with the following systems a plus: Microsoft Excel, Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Netsuite, ZenDesk
