Are you an experienced Investigations Manager and/or ER Specialist looking for your next role within Media?

Handle are working with an established Global Media organisation who are looking for an EMEA Investigations Manager to support the team on an initial 6 month contract with potential to go permanent.

This role investigates and facilitates the resolution of employment-related claims in compliance with local laws and Company policy and initiatives; increases employee confidence by ensuring consistency and fairness in the interpretation and application of Company policy; by providing technical expertise to client groups, and maintaining a collaborative and productive relationship with HR, In-house legal Counsel and the rest of the Groups Business Units.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant HR or HR Legal experience of running hands-on EEO Investigations and /or investigations experience in areas other than Human Resources/HR legal.
  • Must be able to demonstrate operative knowledge of Human Resources policies, practices, and procedures
  • Must have operative knowledge of local laws governing employment issues
  • Must be able to handle multiple investigations and projects simultaneously

They need someone to look at these investigations from a HR/ER perspective, therefore they will consider candidates who come from an ER Specialist background who has excellent employment law knowledge.

You will need to demonstrate investigations you have managed from a HR perspective. You must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel including lawyers and business unit executives.
