A Global Entertainment Company are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join their London office on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a facilities or office management role and will be expected to perform various admin and office related tasks and general support across the office and studios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interacting with all levels of staff, customers, and vendors 
- Oversee all activities inside the office, making sure that health and safety standards are met and report any immediate issues and pre-empt potential future issues 
- Inventory management of office supplies including general maintenance requests as directed 
- Assistance with meeting coordination and scheduling 
- Manages the mail sorting and delivery 
- Coordinate the activities of vendors and contractors such as office cleaning, and repair work 
- Occasionally travel to the London Studio on an adhoc basis to provide support 
- Assist the planning and execution of office staff events, activities, etc. 
 Key Requirements:
- Available immediately 
- Experience within an administrative or office management role 
- Excellent organisation and communication skills 
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment 
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
