Fantastic new immediately available temp role for an experienced Facilities/Office Coordinator.

Working with a close-knit team for one of the world's most recognisable entertainment brands you will play a pivotal part of day-to-day operations. If you are pro-active, solutions focussed and enjoy providing hands-on support tbis varied and vital role could be the one for you! Previous Facilities, Office Manager or coordinator experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational management of service vendors delivering soft services including reception, cleaning, catering, and mailroom, in line with agreed specifications and processes, including remotely supported sites as specified

  • Operational management of service vendors delivering technical services including BMS, electrical, HVAC and water, in line with agreed specifications and processes, including remotely supported sites as specified

  • Ensure statutory maintenance, inspections, reports, and documentation are completed, retained and up to date

  • Perform regular site inspections of facilities to ensure they are being pro-actively managed and maintained to agreed standards

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors in execution of facilities related projects in line with agreed scope, budget, and best industry practice

  • Identify opportunities to improve operating efficiencies, decreasing operating costs and achieving favourable performance against industry benchmarks

  • Recognize, support, and implement company policies and goals, objectives, and procedures at a local level

  • Collect and review utilities consumption, identifying trends and opportunities to reduce utilisation to aid energy management

  • Ensure supply chain is well-managed, delivering services in line with agreed specifications and budgets

  • Complete Key Performance indicator scorecards, detailing performance against key facility operating metrics including remotely supported locations

  • Monitor vendor performance against contracts and service level agreements

  • Ensure appropriate policies, procedures and systems are adhered to, to deliver high quality services in line with the Facilities Operations strategy

  • Successfully build and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Collaborate with local groups on operations solutions, processes, and reporting requirements, enhancing strong lines of communication with key stakeholders across sites

  • Support construction projects at local level as required

  • Support teams implementing moves, adds, and changes across facilities in collaboration with the Workplace Planning team

Requirements

  • First aid and fire marshal qualifications or qualified by experience

  • Demonstrable facilities experience

  • International experience is not essential for short term fill although would be advantageous

  • Must be able to start immediately
