We are looking for an experienced and fully qualified Finance Business Partner for a recognised Retail business within the Beauty and Cosmetics space.

As Finance Business Partner your responsibility will be to support the Head of FP&A. Your day-to-day will include the preparation and review of the monthly management accounts, re-estimates and ad-hoc cost analysis and developing relationships with stakeholders to become a trusted adviser. Deliver insight linking financial reports to business strategies.

We are ideally looking for a fully qualified accountant with previous experience in management accounting and business partnering, someone with the ability to work in a busy environment with strong interpersonal skills.

The role is offered on a hybrid basis and will based a couple of days from Harlow and 1 from the London headquarters. You will get 2 days working from home.

Key responsibilities: (but not limited to)

  • Prepare periodic budgets, forecasts and 3- and 5-year business plans.

  • Prepare and distribute with commentary monthly management accounts.

  • Model new initiatives and deliver business cases (Suitability, Feasibility, Acceptability analysis, ROI, IRR and Payback calculation).

  • Provide insight to support the company's senior management in their decisions.

  • Prepare any other ad hoc reporting.

Key skills:

  • Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)

  • A background in Retail/E-commerce/Distribution would be an advantage but not essential

  • Proven background working within Finance including management accounts and business partnering

  • Strong IT skills including advanced Excel

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confident in managing relationships with key stakeholders

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage own workload
