A fast-growing content agency is seeking an Interim Financial Controller to support the CFO and lead day-to-day finance operations. This role will ideally go permanent in the near future.
This is a hands-on role covering month-end and year-end close, management accounts, compliance (VAT, tax, payroll), cash flow, and team leadership. You'll also play a key role in strengthening financial controls, improving systems and driving process improvements within a project-based environment.
The successful candidate will be qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), audit-trained preferred, with 5+ years' PQE in a fast-paced UK business. You will have strong technical accounting skills, systems-savvy, commercially minded and be confident working with senior stakeholders.
