The company are a start-up who have recently become part of a wider group which has meant more security and more opportunities! There are three different areas of the business that span food halls, street food, an employment programme for young disadvantaged Londoners and events. This role sits on the events side and works closely with a huge account who are well renowned in their space.

The role will evolve as the business continues to grow and eventually you will build out a team. Initially, you will be responsible for the next phase of growth, ensuring a smooth running of company practices and procedures. You will work alongside the People Director to oversee recruitment, on-boarding, culture and people projects as the headcount continues to grow.

This role will suit a candidate looking for a step-up - someone who is a clear communicator with the ability to develop exceptional relationships with multiple stakeholders. You will be a solutions-focused candidate who is able to nurture and coach, whilst being forthright with your opinions and guidance.

Benefits include complete flexibility in hybrid working, a training budget, monthly team breakfasts and a fully paid gym membership - of course if you're a foodie you will be spoilt for choice!
