Handle are working with a growing Talent Management company to bring a Head of People to their business.
They have doubled in size over the past couple of years, but till SME. They have a part time Director of People, their first proper HR lead who joined 18 months ago. They have built an amazing foundation and they are looking for someone to come in and build on this, taking them through their next phase of growth.
Very much a true generalist role - lots to implement and plenty of room for projects. They have recently started their B-Corp journey, and this role will play a key part with the P&C aspects of this. They have a genuine people focus and stand apart from their competitors in terms of their EVP. They want to remain ahead of the curve to ensure they attract and keep the top talent in their industry
They have a hybrid 3/2 model, based in Kings Cross.
