Handle are proud to be partnering with an exciting Tech business who are looking for a hands on Head of People Operations to join their team on a 12 month FTC basis .
Reporting into the HR Board Director, you will be managing a team of 7 as well as leading the new L&D department.
You will have a hands-on approach and will oversee all areas of the HR function including L&D and Recruitment as well as leading on complex ER cases and maintaining and updating policies.
The successful candidate will be passionate about driving positive change in HR practices and L&D initiatives, you will be CIPD qualified with experience working in a senior HR role and have managed a large team.
