Handle are partnering with a leading scale-up SaaS platform with exciting growth plans as they head twards series B funding! As they embark on this next phase they are keen to prioritise their People and Talent and as such are looking for a Head of People to join their small but strong People team.

This is a brilliant time to join them as they start crafting their people strategy to prepare for a big 2022 and beyond. The scope of the role is broad and generalist, touching every part of the People life cycle and will experience a lot of change, fast!

Role Scope:

  • Play a directing role in the employer brand and value proposition project
  • Support the creation of a productive and data rich recruitment team that can work ahead of demand
  • Guide the design and release of scaleable hiring practices that don't just support diversity but actively puts a spotlight on it to drive change
  • Partner with leaders to support with workforce planning
  • Design and deliver on a management and leadership development journey for newer leaders
  • Spearhead the build of a career development framework
  • Craft a development focused performance framework
  • Line manage a People Ops Manager

About you:

  • You'll bring around 10 years of strong generalist experience and already be operating at 'Head of' Level
  • Progressive and creative approach to people strategy
  • You'll be CIPD qualified and have a strong foundation in ER and Employment law
  • Know the SaaS and Martech space and have experience working with similar growth phases in highly agile tech environments
