Handle have partnered with an amazing sustainability start-up on the cusp of exciting growth plans looking for their first Head of People!
Working directly with the founders you will guide them through their next phase of growth by attracting and on-boarding top talent and helping to make them an incredible place to work as they scale. They have a genuinely people-centric approach to how they work which makes an ideal setting for someone to join to take them to that next level.
You'll be working on key strategic projects as well as getting into the nitty gritty, building process and policy frameworks. You'll be someone who can engage with the business and inspire them with great ideas around how to ensure they remain a fun and inclusive place to work as they grow.
Ideal candidates would have worked in the start-up/ scale-up world - building aspect is a key. This role will be a true mix of strategy and hands-on work, there is so much exciting project work to lead on and initiatives to drive so coming up with your own ideas and being adaptable will be vital. They are open to someone looking to step into 1st Head of role.
You'll be creative and entrepreneurial yourself and be excited about being part of this early-stage business journey.
