As Head of Tour Marketing, you will be response for overseeing all aspects of tour campaigns from strategy and creative development to execution and reporting. Working closely with agents, promoters, artists, and managers, you'll ensure every campaign is innovative, data-driven, and aligned with each client's unique goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the strategy, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and partnership channels
- Managing marketing budgets, timelines, and asset delivery, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
- Developing tailored marketing plans for live tours, leveraging insights on audience demographics, ticketing trends, and fan behaviour
- Providing creative recommendations to clients, agents, and promoters that elevate campaigns and drive results
- Reviewing campaign performance and provide solutions
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in tour marketing and ad-buying within the live music, ticketing, or events industry
- Strong knowledge of the live industry, both domestically and internationally
- Ability to manage multiple projects to completion under rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Exceptional organisation, analytical and communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator)
