Fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join this growing creative brand!
Due to significant growth over the last few years, the team is expanding and looking to bring a strong HR Advisor. This role supports a variety of stakeholders within their sports side of the business, working closely with the local HRBP team as well as the wider group globally.
This is a broad generalist position: you will partner with all levels of the business, offering advice on employee relations, policies, and processes, as well as contributing to project work.
The ideal candidate will bring a creative and innovative approach, providing support across the full employee lifecycle. You will independently manage ER cases and feel confident advising managers on employment law. Experience working in complex, matrix organisations is ideal, along with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels and build strong relationships with individuals who have big personalities.
