A creative agency is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join their HR team for a 12m FTC.
Payroll will be at the heart of your role. You'll manage monthly inputs, handle changes and queries, liaise with a third-party provider, and produce reports on payroll and headcount. Busy periods like appraisal season and salary reviews will keep you on your toes, so confidence with data and a sharp eye for detail are a must.
Alongside payroll, you'll support HR admin across the employee lifecycle - contracts, offer letters, inductions, trackers, and general day-to-day operations. It's the perfect mix if you love numbers but also enjoy being the friendly, organised point of contact. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys numbers, and has a high attention to detail.
You'll be joining a warm, collaborative HR team, reporting to the Head of HR and working closely with the HRBP. They offer a hybrid working model with three days in their Central London office.
