Are you an experienced People Advisor ready for your next challenge? A leading creative agency is on the lookout for someone to join their people team, supporting employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle.
Working alongside two HRBPs to support around 600 employees, you'll be the go-to person for everything people-related. From onboarding and inductions to employee relations, wellbeing initiatives, policy development, and learning and development, no two days will be the same. You'll also play a key role in engagement and inclusion projects, helping to create an environment where employees feel supported, empowered, and inspired at every stage of their journey.

The ideal candidate will have solid generalist HR experience, ideally gained in a fast-paced, creative environment. You'll have end-to-end experience managing employee relations cases with the ability to guide managers with clarity and care. A natural communicator, you'll be comfortable building relationships across all levels of the business and leading with a people first approach.
