Fantastic opportunity for a passionate HR Advisor to join a dynamic, fast-paced, and growing production company.
You'll be part of a small and collaborative HR team, reporting to the Head of HR and supporting around 150 employees across the UK and US, plus up to 150 freelancers and hourly paid contractors.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative SME environment and is confident balancing day-to-day HR support with involvement in project work. You'll play a key role in supporting a diverse workforce while helping to drive forward new HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide HR Generalist support with HR Ops focus
Advise on freelance and contractor onboarding, and IR35 compliance
Partner with managers on low-level ER cases and people queries
Collaborate with the Payroll Manager on changes, pay reviews, and processes
Contribute to HR projects, including HRIS (HiBob), talent mapping, and process improvements
Ideal Candidate
Strong background in HR Advisory / Generalist roles
Proven experience with IR35 and contractor management
Comfortable working on systems integration and process improvement
Previous exposure to creative, production, or similar environments
Confident, resilient, and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving business
