Handle are working with an iconic FMCG lifestyle brand who are looking to hire a HRBP on a 14m FTC, with potential to go perm.

In this role, you will be responsible for the marketing division of the UK team c. 70 employees. Your key responsibilities will change throughout the year dependant on need, so this role will be best suited a true HR generalist. The main focus day-to-day will be on project work alongside working closely with managers, advising and supporting them with day-to-day issues and further development for their team. You will also be highly involved in compensation and headcount planning.
You will be working with a creative team, so the ideal candidate will be flexible in their approach to HR, opposed to a more structured and fixed method. Experience working with and influencing senior leadership is key, with an open-mind to learning and adapting to new methods and ways of working. This is a team with one eye always focused on the future, so you will be forward thinking and thrive in a proactive environment.
The HR team is comprised of 7 HR professionals, operating on a flat structure, reporting into the Head of People. Based in Covent Garden, they work with a hybrid model, either 3 or 4 days in the office, with flexible working hours.
