A high-profile cultural organisation are looking to bring an interim People Officer to join their People & Culture team for 4 and a half months, to start ASAP. This fixed-term role covers a secondment and is a key hire to support the delivery of core HR operations during a particularly busy time.
This is a varied, hands-on position where you'll be responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle - including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee queries, HR systems, contract administration and monthly payroll input. You'll act as the main day-to-day contact for People Ops queries across a broad and dynamic organisation.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a fast-paced environment. You'll be highly organised, confident managing multiple priorities, and comfortable working with HR systems and applicant tracking tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
They are based in Central London, with a hybrid 3/2 model. However, ideally the first 2 weeks you would be on-site 5 days to get up to speed with things.
