I am working on an exciting opportunity at a leading Creative Agency who are looking for a proactive HR Data Coordinator to support the HR Ops team on an 8-month FTC.
As the HR Data Coordinator for data quality and governance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of human resources data within the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the maintenance, validation, and compliance of HR data, implementing data governance practices, and supporting data-related initiatives to enhance overall data quality.
You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including HR teams, IT, and other departments, to facilitate seamless data management processes and improve the efficiency of HR data operations.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in HR data management, data quality assurance, or data governance.
You will be familiar with HRIS systems and their functionalities (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle HCM).
You will have a strong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements in the context of HR data and have an analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
