A leading creative agency are hiring a People Operations Manager for 12m to cover maternity leave, to start in March.
The People Operations Manager you'd be covering joined last year and has already made a significant impact, strengthening HR operations and putting solid foundations in place. But there is still so much work to continue. This is not a standard BAU maternity cover - there's real scope to build, improve and influence how things are done.
The role plays a key part in bringing together global HR processes and ways of working. You'll help centralise HR administration and reward, elevate how people data and reporting are used, and support senior People leaders and People Partners with wider HR projects. You'll also manage an HR Assistant.
This opportunity would suit an HR Manager with a strong operational focus, or an experienced HR Operations Manager who enjoys improving processes and managing projects. You'll be confident using Excel to analyse people data, bring strong attention to detail, and take a practical, solutions-focused approach. Global experience is a bonus, but not essential.
The role is hybrid, with three days based in Central London, and they're ideally looking for someone to start in March to allow for a proper handover.
