We're looking for an Interim Accounts Assistant to join a growing retail group in the heart of London! Joining this hybrid and fast-paced working environment, you will be maintaining the general ledger across the group, had experience working with NetSuite, and be available immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate general ledgers, timely reconciling balance sheet accounts
- Post global payroll journals, accruals and prepayments
- Allocate and recharge corporate costs within the group
- Reconcile inter-company charges and agree on balances
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in financial records
- Submit financial reports on time to meet deadlines
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation for efficiency and accuracy
- Compile and post journal entries in NetSuite with proper documentation
- Conduct ad-hoc financial and analysis tasks, as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years transactional and end-to-end financial experience (ideally in retail)
- AAT or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA) is a plus
- Experience working with NetSuite software (ERP Systems)
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Practical knowledge of UKGAAP/IFRS
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
