Are you an immediately available Employee Relations Specialist?
Handle are partnering with an iconic media business to find ER support on a initial 3 month project, with likelihood of extension.
The project has risen from a surge in ER cases - it is a small team so they just need an extra pair of hands throughout this busy period!
The ideal candidate will have strong employee relations experience (minimum 5 years), and will have specialised in the field. You will have experience working in matrix or global media/ creative or tech businesses and know how to work with the stakeholders in this environment.
They operate a hybrid model, but you will be expected to go into the office at least once a week, based in Liverpool City Centre.
The role is paid on a day rate of up to £450 through LTD company or Umbrella company - project is outside IR35.
