Are you an experienced marketer with a passion for live entertainment? Our client is a hiring for an Interim Marketing Manager to jump in and support their busy team and you must be able to start straight away! This role requires someone very hands on when it comes to delivering standout marketing campaigns for some very exciting live shows! Collaborating with producers, internal teams, and partners, you'll help drive ticket sales, enhance brand presence, and make a real impact.
What You'll Be Doing:
Developing and rolling out creative marketing campaigns that boost visibility and ticket sales for resident productions
Setting up marketing activation's across digital and physical channels, from web content to in-venue collateral
Acting as the link between producers and internal teams, ensuring marketing support aligns with show objectives
Using audience insight and first-party data to craft smart, targeted activity
Tracking campaign results and delivering clear, actionable insights to drive future performance
Managing budgets, reporting campaign highlights, and helping shape the broader marketing strategy
Supporting brand consistency while bringing fresh, engaging ideas to the table
What They're Looking For:
A strong background in marketing (5+ years), ideally within theatre, live events, or hospitality
Someone who can juggle multiple projects with calm confidence and clarity
A collaborative team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
Comfortable working with data, digital platforms, and reporting tools to guide strategy
Detail-focused, highly organised, and ready to hit the ground running
