As Senior Sales Manager (Brand Partnerships), you will be responsible for driving new business that align with the business goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong external relationships with potential sponsors, corporate partners, and supporters, through securing and leading new business meetings
- Qualifying new business discussions and close brand partnerships deal to achieve your personal annual target
- Collaborating with the rest of the team to develop and produce partnership strategies that drive engagement and maximise value for both parties
- Maintaining regular communication and addressing any partnership issues that arise
- Negotiation of partnership agreements and contracts to ensure favourable terms and conditions
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in music brand partnerships sales focused role
- Have a personal network of global brand partners in Europe, US and Africa
- Have a strong affinity and deep knowledge of the Afrobeats and Amapiano culture
- Be self-motivated, reliable and someone who thrives on cultivating connections
- Have excellent influencing and negotiation skills
