We are looking for a UK based Spanish speaking Senior People Partner for a mission led tech startup. Joining initially for a 3 month FTC, reporting into a new VP of People at a time of change and transformation. The Spanish area needs close partnering, someone to pick back up on both day-to day people operations, as well work on some impactful strategic project work for the wider business.
Ideally UK based, you will have experience partnering with Spanish client groups, and be fluent in the language. You will be used to working with senior leaders at exec level and working in very fast paced, start up or similar environments. You'll haver a progressive and agile working style, and comfirtable working with ambiguity.
