An industry-leading technology services company are recruiting for a Program Marketing Manager to lead on their community and benefit program. The is a 6 month contract for an experienced candidate who has previously worked at global scale and worked on scalable processes and projects.
Working within a global team, this is a unique opportunity to join a tech services team as they develop a community membership program focused around acquisition and nurture. This 6-month contract position is primarily digital marketing focused, but a marketer who also looks at things through an integrated lens would be highly desirable.
The role
- To review and assess current community offering and then identify, build upon and market new benefits which can be integrated to improve and enhance community program
- Developing market messaging, collateral and campaigns that drives customer participation and acquisition
- Developing customer stories and engagement mechanism through production of fireside chats, round tables and marketing these efforts
- Closely collaborate with wider marketing team to track engagement and performance against set KPIs
- Ensuring all processes and work flows are scalable, consistent and in keeping with correct regional benefits, content and partnership offerings
The Ideal Person
- 4-5 years experience in a sales or partnership marketing role
- Highly adept at building out communities and managing customers and peer to peer interactions
- Previous experience working within a cloud based or SaaS business
- Excellent partner management experience and a highly competent marketer with demonstrable experience managing campaigns at a similar level
