I am working with a leading organisation within the Entertainment industry who are looking for a proactive Interim Tech Recruiter to join the team on an initial 6 month FTC .
They are looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter who can support and deliver on Tech focused roles supporting the growth of their Software, Operations, Product and Engineering teams.
As a Tech Recruiter, you will lead in partnering with stakeholders, finding and assessing the suitability of experienced, technical candidates for the business.
You will be responsible for:
- full life-cycle recruitment process
- Decide on the most appropriate methodology including direct sourcing, head hunting, advertising, agencies and exploring internal mobility
- Proactively partner and lead relationships with Hiring Managers
- Create talent pipelines for future requirements where appropriate
- Be knowledgeable of the Tech industry, understand trends, changes and relevant market information
The successful candidate must have proven experience recruiting tech roles ideally within an in-house environment. You will have the confidence and ability to influence and motivate stakeholders and have a knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
