We are working with an exciting Global Entertainment Company who are seeking a Localisation Coordinator to join their team, working on behalf of Airlines, Home Entertainment, TV and Network Operations. You will be responsible for managing the creation, delivery and retrieval for clients across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage dubbing, voice over and subtitling projects with regional dubbing vendors
  • Liaise with external clients regarding deadlines, voice casting and rejections
  • Maintaining a positive relationships with internal and external clients
  • Issue Purchase Orders for dubbing /subtitling projects with regional dubbing vendors
  • Research and be aware of dubbing rights and restrictions for key talent in assigned territories
  • Monitor dubbing, voice over and subtitling requests and manufacturing in designated tracking systems
  • Assume responsibility for adherence to legal restrictions, delivery of source elements, delivery of final assets
  • Support sales groups in new deal development strategies, client launches, contract amendments

Key Requirements:

  • Knowledge of audio and subtitle localisation
  • Experience with dubbing processes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects through to completion
  • Ability to organize data from variety of sources and communicate information in a clear, professional manner
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and numeracy
  • A second language (desirable but not essential)
