Are you looking for your next role as a Luxury Showroom Manager? We are looking for an experienced front of house, client facing individual who will manage the day to day running of a Luxury Interior Showroom and organise special events taking place throughout the year!

You will be the "go to person" for the showroom and become the first face people see when they visit. Maybe you aren't currently a Showroom Manager but have extensive experience in an events or front of house hosting role, this could be a new challenge in your career!

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet with visitors, mainly HNWI's and designers to the showroom, ensuring a professional and friendly welcome is always received.

  • Setting up the showroom up for meetings, making refreshments and ensuring the team have everything they need for meetings.

  • Arranging and managing the showroom diary and appointment process.

  • Updating the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity.

  • Managing the events programme including all associated logistics.

  • Support in creating marketing content.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Friendly and professional demeanour - ability to engage with people, respond to their needs and be a brilliant communicator.

  • Outstanding time management and organisation skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Strong event management skills. You must be able to create, and project manage regular events using your hosting, communication and organisation skills.

  • Events or Marketing qualification or similar advantageous.

  • Experience working on social media, marketing content would be advantageous.

The role will be varied, sometimes working independently, sometimes managing a busy day of appointments, working with Sales, hosting and running an evening event, or supporting our Marketing team with content and ideas. You will need to be able to work flexibly around meetings and events that run on into the evening.
