We are partnering with a globally recognised entertainment organisation to find an experienced Senior Media Systems Engineer to support their creative and technical operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world-class Engineering team responsible for ensuring everything from screening rooms to post-production suites operates seamlessly and to the highest technical standards.

The Role

As a key regional contact, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimising complex media environments across creative facilities worldwide. You'll combine hands-on technical expertise with a proactive, solutions-focused approach to keep projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across complex audio, video, and networked media systems

  • Support post-production workflows and content delivery pipelines to ensure uninterrupted project flow

  • Provide both on-site and remote technical support as the primary regional engineering contact

  • Collaborate with global teams to maintain standards, document processes, and drive continuous improvements

  • Manage hardware vendor relationships, including equipment lifecycle planning and service agreements

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • 5+ years' experience supporting media infrastructure in post-production, studio, or creative environments

  • Strong troubleshooting expertise across audio, video, and networking systems

  • Experience working with DCP, Dolby Atmos, SMPTE standards, and IP-based media protocols such as Dante or AES67

  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams

  • A calm, professional approach with strong customer service skills and sound judgement in high-pressure environments

This is an initial 12-month contract based in Central London, offering the opportunity to work at the heart of a leading global entertainment organisation.

If you thrive in fast-paced creative environments and enjoy solving complex technical challenges, we'd love to hear from you.
