Ready to drive membership and event success in the professional membership body sector? Join our client on a temp to perm basis as a charismatic and confident Membership and Events Co-ordinator in central London.

Support our client's Membership and Events team to develop, promote, and deliver all company events and corporate membership initiatives. Be the go-to contact for members, handling queries and promoting events.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the company events calendar.
Oversee event planning and execution.
Source venues, negotiate contracts, and manage event budgets.
Maintain and update the online events calendar.
Coordinate communications to advertise events.
Manage corporate member relationships and secure sponsorships.

What We're Looking For:

Confident communicator with a can-do attitude.
Keen to understand member needs and driven by information.
Passionate about positive change.
Ideally worked in memberships or event co-ordiantion.

Skills and Experience:

Experience in membership services or event coordination.
Proficient in database management and online payment systems.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
Familiar with email campaigns, web CMS, and social media.
Experienced with MS Teams and Zoom.
