Fantastic opportunity to join this global innovative games developer. With hubs in London and Singapore, this is a newly created position to take ownership of the first London Office and help shape an exciting and engaging environment to keep it fit for purpose and future growth.
With company culture and collaborative, hybrid working at heart, you will also conceive and plan company wide events and culture building exercises.
The role will also work closely with and provide some support to C- Suite in terms of travel and admin support.

Day to day:

  • Manage all aspects of the day-to-day running of the office and facilities
  • Set up for new joiners, ensure desk shuffles are well thought out & executed and team layouts support a productive yet engaging workspace
  • Setup and maintain an awesome office feel, meeting rooms and common areas are relaxed, fun but fit for purpose
  • Assisting with changes to the office space, liaising with contractors, fit out specialists and related personnel and managing any changes to the space, especially working with IT to ensure minimal disruption
  • Oversee compliance of Health & Safety by inducting new joiners on procedures, keeping record of fire safety regulations and regularly reviewing company H&S policies
  • Review, maintain and develop efficiencies around visitor experience, office supplies and overall office functionality
  • Support the executives in London and abroad with administrative needs as well as helping to organise meetings and managing diaries where appropriate
  • Coordination of overseas travel and process related expenses
  • Research, plan, support and help deliver Office events and team off-sites



The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven success within a similar role and able to demonstrate significant ownership on office set ups or refits; ideally within a creative and innovative and fast paced business
  • Ability to adapt well to changing plans and priorities; deals comfortably with ambiguity
  • Resilience and a flexible approach, a positive problem solver who takes ownership and see tasks through to completion
  • Creative and logical approach - highly organised and deadline conscious, juggling tasks and priorities and maintaining a creative outlook around the future of the workplace
  • Interest in harnessing and building great culture in a busy office environment
