Calling all experienced Office Managers and Team Assistants with a background in the creative industries. We're currently seeking London-based candidates interested in temporary and contract opportunities across the creative sector. As the end of the year approaches, many of our clients are turning to temporary and contract staff to support business-critical office support roles. Assignments can range from single-day cover to contracts of up to 12 months.

Key Requirements we're looking for?
- You must have previous relevant office support experience. We're looking for candidates who have worked within an Office Coordinator, Office Manager and Team Assistant role previously.
- Available to start ASAP (unfortunately our roles require little to no notice to start)
- Reliable, Punctual and Professional
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong IT literacy and skill set
- An interest within the creative industry
What might your day-to-day look like?
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming calls, distribute post, and assist staff with a range of administrative tasks.
- Office Management: Keep the office clean and organised, manage stationery and supplies, and coordinate building or facilities issues.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Oversee meeting room bookings and staff calendars, preventing clashes, and arrange travel when required.
- Communication: Act as a central point of contact, sharing company updates and policy changes with all staff.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with external suppliers and manage the procurement of office goods and services.
- Processes and Policies: Develop and maintain office procedures and ensure staff follow established policies.
- On boarding and HR Support: Support the on boarding of new starters by preparing equipment and access and assist with HR initiatives.
- Meeting Support: Manage meeting logistics, including room setup, equipment, and catering.
- Data and Record Keeping: Organise and maintain office files and records.
